Product Manual

WellDreams Product includes a PDF version of User’s guide consisting of 300 pages.

When you buy WellDreams software, the User’s Guide CD will also be included on your package. The User's Guide CD will need to be installed separately on your computer's hard drive or a network drive.

To open the User's Guide, you must have Adobe® Acrobat® Reader® installed on your computer. If you do not have Acrobat Reader , you can download it from the Adobe Web site.

On-Line Help

To access the On-Line Help within WellDreams, click the Help icon on the tool bar or select Contents from the Help menu.

WellDreams has 3 different types of Help:

  • Complete Product Help:
    This includes Contents List, Index, Search, and Glossary. Help can be accessed by clicking either Help icon or select Contents from the Help menu.

  • Individual Screen Help:
    This includes Contents, Index, Search, and Glossary. Help can be accessed by clicking the Help icon under each screen or press F1

  • Tool Tips:
    This includes the description of the each field for the entire product.

Product Updates (Patches)

To check your version and release of the WellDreams, select About WellDreams from the Help menu. The popup window displays the installed Version x.0 and Release x.0 number.

Easiest method to update WellDreams

By default, WellDreams Latest Product Updates will be uploaded to our FTP Servers and an email will be sent to all the current customers who have signed up for the Annual Maintenance Service (AMS) Agreement. The email will contain the User ID and Password to access the FTP server with information on the Product Update Download Instructions and the Installation Procedures.

Product Upgrades

Convert your current WellDreams to the latest version of a WellDreams Product or Service from an earlier version.

How do I upgrade?

To get the latest version of WellDreams, just pick up the phone and call us at
(866) 935-3767 ext. 11 weekdays from 8:30 A.M. to 5:30 P.M. Eastern Time, or you can send us an email at sales@welldreams.com

Easily convert your data when you begin to install. WellDreams quickly transfers your existing data file into the latest version.

Start working right away. When you upgrade, your set preferences will automatically carry over.
