How can I upgrade from a WellDreams Lite to Professional?

A registered WellDreams owner is qualified to purchase a WellDreams upgrade version.

WellDreams can be upgraded from Lite 1.0 to Professional 1.0.

The upgrade version of WellDreams Professional 1.0 requires that you have an earlier version of WellDreams Lite 1.0 installed on your system.

What are the system requirements for WellDreams?

Pentium III computer 1 GHz or higher recommended.
Windows XP Home, Professional, Windows 2000 Professional, Windows 2000 Server.
256MB RAM Minimum (512MB recommended)
20 GB Hard Drive
Internet Connection (needed only to send well logs electronically to State*)


 

 

How do I install WellDreams?

1. Ensure that all Windows applications are closed.

2. Insert the WellDreams CD into the CD-ROM of your computer. If the installation does not start automatically within a few moments:
    a. Right-click the Microsoft® Windows® Start button and choose Explore.
    b. Browse to your CD-ROM drive, double-click the file Setup (or Setup.exe) to begin the installation.

3. When the WellDreams Installation Wizard starts, verify there are no other programs running, and then click Next.

4. Next Screen will indicate that several pre-requisites along with WellDreams are part of the installation process. Click Next to continue.

5. After successful installation of the pre-requisites, the License Agreement screen will be brought up.

6. Read the terms of the Software License Agreement, select Accept, and then click Next to continue. If you do not agree with the Software License Agreement, click Cancel to stop the installation and return to the Windows desktop.

7. Click Next when you are finished.

How do I register WellDreams?

1. You must enter your license key on the Registration screen before you can begin using WellDreams as a licensed user. Customer registration and acceptance of the license agreement for WellDreams is required.

2. The 25-character alphanumeric number is shipped with your software package. Please check on the front side of the package to locate the license key.

3. Enter your license key, and then click Continue.


 

 

Accessing WellDreams First-Time?

1. After you register your license key, you will be taken to the Login screen.

2. The Administrator "login id” and “password” will be provided by calling the Technical Support after you successfully install the product.

3. Please call our Technical Support toll-free (866) 935-3767 ext. 20 weekdays from 8:30 A.M. to 5:30 P.M. Eastern Time.

4. When you log into WellDreams for the first time, the Company Setup Wizard will start automatically.


 

 

How do I get Product Updates or Patches?

WellDreams Latest Product Updates will be uploaded on to our FTP Server and an email will be sent to all current customers who have signed for Annual Maintenance Service (AMS) Agreement.

The email will contain the User ID and Password to access the FTP server with information on the Product Update Download Instructions and the Installation Procedures.
