WellDreams History

It all started with building web based applications for the State of Michigan.
First, the WellDreams team worked closely with the State of Michigan’s
Department of Environmental Quality and Ground Water Division. We built,
stabilized and managed a “Collaborative Well log data management software
portal" called Wellogic. This software portal gave an opportunity to
Michigan Well Drillers to submit their well logs electronically over the
internet. This portal also gave an opportunity to Michigan well drillers to
search the historical data online. This search feature helped to estimate the
effort level on new jobs while submitting near accurate quotes. As next effort,
WellDreams team also built and stabilized the “Water Quality Tracking portal”
that brought together the State of Michigan Ground Water Division, 83 Counties,
45 Local Health Departments and the EPA to test and monitor well water quality.
With a strong knowledge of the ground water business, over 100 man years of
software development knowledgebase, the WellDreams team spent over 4 years
working closely with some of the leading Michigan Well Drillers in
understanding the complete work flow of the Well Drilling business. We clearly
understood their pain level and built a software product that will help them
manage their business efficiently. The goal was to build a simple software tool
that will work exactly the way well drillers conduct business.
After working at the offices and job sites of Well Drillers to test the
concept. After gathering valuable inputs from the Michigan Well Drillers the
software prototype was tested nationally during the NGWA convention with over
100 well drillers contributing with their inputs. Finally the WellDreams
product was built with Well Drillers' inputs, exactly the way they wanted it.
The team continues to gather data from all users on an ongoing basis, to
improve the product and bring it closer to perfection.
We have the latest technologies combined with 540 man months of design from our
development team. Combine this with the collaborative inputs from over 100 Well
Drilling Contractors, we have WellDreams Lite and WellDreams
Professional for you.
